The Licensee can download and install the Evaluation Edition.
Each installation must be activated by means of an activation key. An activation key depends on the installation, and cannot be used to activate more than one workstation.
A single installation cannot be used in a concurrent way by more users.
The Licensee can transfer the installation on another workstation.

Use this type of license for a Terminal Server environment.
The Licensee can download and install the Evaluation Edition.
The Evaluation edition work well under Terminal Server without any constraint.
The Commercial edition check the number of concurrent sessions under Terminal Server.
This type of license can be used in a concurrent way by more users depending on your purchase quantity.
The Licensee can transfer the installation on another Terminal Server workstation.

Download Concurrent User License Agreement 

Use this type of license for many or unlimited workstations of a Company and its totally shared (owned 100%) affiliates all located in a single country.
The software (customized ProjectReader version) works without an activation key.
Project Reader Staff (only for protection purpose)  will use the Company Name given for the invoice in the Project Reader's user interface and in the footer of the printed pages; the setup package requires the user to enter a password.
Within 3 days the customer will be informed (via e-mail) about the link (URL) to be used to download the setup package.
The Company License can be supplied for 25,  50, 100, 200,  400 workstations and for unlimited workstations.
The Licensee can use Project Reader at any location within a single country and the total number of licenses installed must not exceed the number of licenses paid.

The Licensee will not give the Software purchased and its documentation to any person, other than the company and affiliates employees.
